Gallery  Gala

Date: 2010
Time: TBA
Information: 941.359.5700 x 5702 or 941.359.5733

The Gallery Gala offers an opportunity to showcase our treasures here at the Ringling, while allowing guests to host their own exclusive dinner party in a truly unforgettable and unsurpassed setting.  The splendor of the artwork, combined with fabulous dining and the company of friends makes this special night memorable to hosts and guests alike!

The evening begins with guests gathering in the magnificent galleries for hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Guests will then be called to dinner in individual galleries for their private party. A Curator will provide a customized introduction to the particular gallery and highlight the significant paintings or important works appearing just beyond the dinner table.

As a sponsor of a gallery, the museum will recognize your contribution and involvement during the event with signage and within the souvenir program book. The museum staff will serve as your party planners by handling special details such as invitations, RSVPs, and seating for your “private party”.

Tickets and gallery space are extremely limited. Ticket price is $500.00 per person. Because size and capacity of the galleries vary, the cost to host an entire gallery will be based upon the number of guests that each gallery can accommodate.

To host or attend the very unique Gallery Gala 2009, please contact Jennifer Carroll at 941.359.5700 x5702 Jennifer.Carroll@ringling.org or Kate Atkin at 941.359.5733 Kate.Atkin@ringling.org for further details and ticket purchase(s).
