The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art welcomes all visitors and their service animals, and is committed to offering accessible facilities and full and rich experiences.

All visitors should be aware and cautious of the many steps and uneven floors and terrain throughout the Museum of Art, Cà d'Zan Mansion, Circus Museums, gardens, and grounds.

Where is handicapped parking?
Handicapped spaces are located at the northern end of the parking area, near the Main Entrance at the
John M. McKay Visitors Pavilion.  There are several spaces located at the southern end of the lot for evening events that have direct Museum of Art access.

I can’t walk far. How can I get around?
Complimentary tram service is available to transport visitors from venue to venue.  Stops are marked on the map.  The trams are not street legal and may not provide transportation to the parking lot. Please note that for safety reasons wheelchairs and strollers can only be accommodated on our especially designed ADA tram.  This tram is equipped with a ramp and an enclosed space so visitors may load their wheelchair or stroller on to it safely.  Please be patient as not all of the trams are so equipped.  Walkers, however, may be accommodated on all trams and are considered a passenger.  If you are unable to visit the museum without assistance the museum does offer a discount for your accessibility attendant.  Please inquire at the admissions counter upon entering.

Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs and strollers are available on a first come, first served basis at the Museum of Art, Cà d’Zan and Circus Museum. 

Restrooms
Several handicapped accessible restrooms are available throughout the Estate.
