The depiction of animals has always occupied an important place in the visual arts. From the earliest cave paintings to contemporary sculptures, artists have strived to capture the form, the spirit, and the nature of domestic and wild animals. Hermitage (Patriot Plaza) Artists, Ann Hirsch and Pablo Eduardo, will take you on a personal tour of the Ringling collection making connections between the artists of the past and their own work.
