Inside the Artist Mind of Fay Ku

Artist of the Hermitage, Fay Ku’s works on paper are narrative, figurative and psychological. She describes her mind as associative where current events recall historical or mythical ones, and relate to ideas in language, science, and stories. Her solo exhibits include the New Britain Museum of American Art in Connecticut and The Contemporary Museum in Honolulu, HI, as well as many galleries. Her artwork has appeared in the New York Times magazine. She holds an MFA in Studio Art and an MS in Art History from Pratt Institute, and a BA from Bennington College.
