What is my Login ID?
Your email address is your login ID (i.e. email@example.com)
What e-mail address should I use?
Museum Members (active or past): Use the primary card holder’s email address on record. If the email address is not accepted, DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. Contact a Museum representative at 941.358.3180 (Advance Sales), Mon – Fri, 10am – 4pm for assistance.
Non-members: Use email address you may have provided to the Museum in previous communication. If email address is not accepted or invalid, sign-in as ‘New Visitor’ and create an account.
What if I don’t remember my Login ID?
Contact a Museum representative at 941.358.3180 (Advance Sales) or 941.360.7399 (Theater Box Office), Mon – Fri, 10am – 4pm for assistance.
What if I don’t know my password?
Enter your E-mail Address and click on ‘Forgot/Reset Password?’ Instructions for resetting your password will be sent to you.
Note: Keep your browser open to retain items in your basket while resetting your password. You will need to create a new password to logon.
If I cannot login, can I still complete my purchase?
Yes, you may checkout as a Guest. No member benefits will be applied. Contact a Museum Representative at 941.358.3180 (Advance Sales), Mon – Fri, 10am – 4pm if you need assistance.
My member benefits are not being applied to my online purchase. Why?
Only active members using the primary card holder’s email address will have member benefits applied to their purchase. Contact a Museum Representative at 941.358.3180 (Advance Sales) or 941.360.7399 (Theater Box Office), Mon – Fri, 10am – 4pm for assistance.
How can I join or renew my membership and apply benefits to my purchase?
Online: Become a Member
By Phone: Membership Department 941.360.7330
Note: To receive your membership benefits immediately, call Advance Sales 941.358.3180 or the Historic Asolo Theater Box Office 941.360.7399 and provide the code that appears on bottom of your confirmation letter. You may also receive your benefits by presenting your confirmation letter in person.
The option to mail my tickets was not available. Why?
Tickets purchased online less than 7 days before the performance cannot be mailed. If tickets cannot be mailed, please choose the Will Call or Print at Home option.
How can I update the email or mailing address on my account?
Complete the Update Account Details Form
Changes to your account will appear in 2-3 business days.
How can I get a refund?
No refunds are permitted. Exchanges, when appropriate, are made no less than 24 hours in advance of event and must be made in person.
