Ringling Museum Celebrates the Circus with Day of Programs
WHAT: The Ringling Museum of Art celebrates the circus by hosting two spectacular groups who are dedicated to keeping the spirit of the circus alive. In addition to these groups, there will be an interactive family program on the circus for children and their adult partners.
- Circus Model Builders International Annual Exhibition, Jan. 27, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Meet the builders and view their models in the Circus Museum.
- The Windjammers Unlimited Band 24th Annual Concert, Jan. 27, 2 p.m. Visitors will hear the circus band music of the early Twentieth century in the Museum Courtyard.
- Handz On Family Program: Design a circus poster, Jan. 27, 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on the Loggia in the Ringling Museum Courtyard.
