College and University Visits
Please use the form provided to make a reservation for a college visit
After submitting a Reservation Form online, you will receive an email response within 48 hours. This email will include links to a map of the estate, a map for bus parking and directions to the museum. Occasionally school tours are not available due to special events; Advanced Sales will notify you if we are unable to accomodate your tour request.

Before submitting a Reservation Form, please read the following:
- Guided tours
- Are available Tuesday through Friday at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 1:30 p.m.
- Guided tours must be booked six (6) weeks in advance.
- Self Guided Tours
- Self-guided college tours are available Tuesday through Sunday with 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. arrival times.
Self-guided college tours are not available on Mondays.
The Museum is open Thursday evenings 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. and college groups are welcome to self-guide during this time.
Self-guided tours must be booked two (2) or more weeks in advance.
Sketching
Sketching is permitted in the galleries.
Pencils, sketchbooks, and notebooks are permitted inside the venues as well as on the grounds.
Pens, paints, clay, and easels are only permitted on the grounds (they not permitted in the Courtyard).
Museum admission
Admission is free for Florida college students attending Florida State University, New College of Florida, Ringling College of Art and Design, State College of Florida and University of South Florida with a valid student ID.
All other student admission is $5 and the student must be enrolled at a degree granting institution.

Educators who have scheduled a trip for their students may visit the Museum free of charge prior to their scheduled tour date to familiarize themselves with the collection. Please contact the Education Department via email:
education@ringling.org to schedule a preliminary visit to the Museum.
Educators may use the Art Library and are encouraged to recommend this valuable resource to their students, as well. The library is open to the public Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., and by appointment. To contact the library, call 941.359.5700 x2700.
