The home of the circus king and his wife, a couple from humble mid-western origins, Ca’ d’Zan stands as a testament to the American Dream of the Roaring Twenties. Inspired by and designed in the Venetian Gothic style of the palazzos that ring the Venice canals, this dazzling palatial mansion perfectly captures the splendor and romance of the Italy the Ringlings so loved. To honor its owner, they named it Ca’ d’Zan, “House of John”, in the dialect of their beloved Venice.
Join us to create your own art! This Family Workshop is a drop-in art activity for children ages 4-10 and their caregiver.
Kids Quests are 45-minute sessions facilitated by a museum educator, featuring conversations and a game surrounding one or two featured objects in The Ringling’s collection. There is a $2 cost per child and this fee gives the family access to the featured venue for the rest of the day.
The Ringling is offering free Museum Admission to active Military personnel, including the National Guard and Reserve and their immediate families from Memorial Day, May 25, 2015 through Labor Day, September 7, 2015. Please present your current Military ID at the Admissions counter.

Friends of the Ringling Legacy celebrate the history of John and Mable Ringling and their vision for their home, art museum, and the circus that made it all possible. Friends of the Ringling Legacy will have unique opportunities to explore Ca' d'Zan, the Museum of Art, the Circus Museum and the Bayfront Gardens.
