It's Valentine's Day! Grab a date and head to The Ringling to experience some of the scandalous love affairs and marvelous marriages on display in the Museum of Art.
February 28 | Knights
Join curator Dr. Sarah Cartwright for a tour of Knights, the exhibition drawn from the collections of the Museo Stibbert in Florence, Italy. Knights reveals the figure of the knight in the Middle Ages and Renaissance through 100 exquisite objects, including full suits of armor, helmets, swords, and other weaponry.
March 14 | Feeling Lucky?
Symbols for luck and superstition are present throughout different times and cultures. Today, we will be looking at images that are both meant to bring good luck as well as depictions of lucky people on display in our Center for Asian Art!

Women have been making history since the beginning of time! On this tour with curator Dr. Sarah Cartwright, you'll meet some of the "dangerous" women from the Ringling's collection and hear their stories.

Join curators Christopher Jones and Ola Wlusek in a conversation about Interpolations, an exhibition that brings together work from the collection of Keith D. and Linda L. Monda with The Ringling’s modern and contemporary art collection.
May 9 | 6:00 PM only | Pleasure and Power: Art in the 18th Century
Join us for a special gallery experience hosted by students from the New College of Florida. Drawing on their spring semester class "Pleasure and Power: Art in the 18th Century," The students will bring individual artworks from the Ringling's collection to life.
May 30 | Memorials in the Collection
This gallery talk will explore the idea of artwork as memorial. We will highlight a selection of objects that commemorate individual loss or celebrate specific moments from the past.
June 27 | Journeys in Art
Join us to explore stories of travel and migration represented in the museum collection.
