Kids Quests are family-friendly and participatory museum tours for visitors ages 8 to 12. Kids Quests are facilitated by a museum educator and are approximately 45 minutes in length. Kids Quest tickets are $2 per child and give your family admission to the featured venue of the rest of the day.
►Tickets will be available two weeks before each program.
►There is a $2 ticket required per child, and this fee gives one child and up to two adults access to the featured venue for the remainder of the day.
►Participants should meet in the Visitors Pavilion.
►Caregivers must remain with the group throughout the program and are encouraged to participate!
May 5 | Myths and Monsters in the Museum of Art
In today’s Kids Quest, we will be learning about Greek mythology and the Trojan War by looking at paintings and sculptures in the Museum of Art.
June 2 | Animals in Art
In today’s Kids Quest, we will be going on an animal safari to look at different real and imaginary animals in the Museum of Art!
July 7 | Art of Asia
In today’s Kids Quest, we will be looking at Japanese calligraphy in Center for Asian Art and learning more about this unique and beautiful writing style!
August 4 | Contemporary Art
On today’s Kids Quest, we will be exploring contemporary paintings and sculptures in the First Five Years of Art of Our Time exhibition in the Searing Wing of the Museum of Art.
