Michelle Young first joined The Ringling in 2016 and is now the Director of Development, where she assists donors with making major ($50,000+) and legacy gifts. She also manages The Ringling Legacy Society and collaborates with individuals who want to donate artwork to the museum. Says Michelle, “I love being able to dream with people and help them to align their philanthropic passions with the museum’s needs and priorities.” Michelle has a breadth of experience at arts institutions across the country and over a decade working in philanthropy.
