Thank you for considering The Ringling for your upcoming wedding. With breathtaking architecture, beautiful tropical grounds and stunning views of Sarasota Bay, The Ringling is a favorite for wedding and receptions. Our friendly and professional staff looks forward to working with you. The following venues are available for evening weddings and receptions.

Evening Weddings

Museum of Art Courtyard

Lend your gathering an air of timeless elegance in a setting that defines romance and the romantic. Dine and dance into the night surrounded by replicas of ancient Greek, Roman and Baroque statuary on magnificently manicured lawns.

  • Available 6:00pm – 12:00am
  • Up to 400 (maximum) guests……….$12,000 + tax
  • For each additional 100 guests, a $1,000 fee applies (up to 800 total guests)
  • Includes Museum of Art Courtyard and Loggia
  • North or South Galleries to remain open for self-touring from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
  • Use of the grounds for two-hour bridal photo shoot
  • One-hour wedding rehearsal based on availability

Ca’ d’Zan Terrace and Bayfront

Here, on the Terrace of Ca’ d’Zan and along the Bayfront Promenade, when the sun sets over the Bay, the lights of Sarasota and Longboat Key and a sky full of stars illuminate the night. Your guests will find themselves swept up in the atmosphere of Sarasota’s most breathtaking setting.

  • Available 6:00pm – 11:00pm
  • Up to 250 (maximum) guests……….$12,000 + tax
  • Includes Ca’ d’Zan front lawn area, Campiello, Bayfront and Terrace
  • 1st floor of Ca’ d’Zan to remain open for self-touring from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
  • Use of the grounds for two-hour bridal photo shoot
  • One-hour wedding rehearsal based on availability

Ca' d'Zan's Belvedere Tower

Looking for the ultimate setting for an initmate occasion? Ca' d'Zan's Belvedere Tower is it!

  • 6:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Up to 7 (maximum) guests……….$6,000 + tax
  • Self-guided tour of Ca' d'Zan's first floor before proceeding to the Belvedere Tower
  • Must be booked at least 6 weeks in advance

Historic Circus Galleries

Add a sense of fun and whimsy to your event by having it in the newly renovated Historic Circus Galleries! Your guests will enjoy themselves among circus wagons, side show posters, and the Ringling's private rail car, the Wisconsin.

  • 6:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Up to 125 (maximum) guests……….$6,000 + tax
  • Includes the Rotunda, the Ringling Family Galleries, and the Wagon Room
  • The Rotunda and the Ringling Family Galleries to remain open for self-touring. Food and beverage allowed only in the Wagon Room.

Tibbals Learning Center

Want to create an atmosphere of fun and merriment for your party? The Tibbals LeEarning obliges. Guests can bask in all the delights of the circus, self-touring the miniature circus while enjoying dining and drinks outdoors under the tent reminiscent of the Big Top.

  • 6:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Up to 50 (maximum) guests……….$3,500 + tax
  • 1st and 2nd floors remain open for self-touring; food/beverages allowed under exterior tented area.

Daytime Weddings

The Ringling is available for daytime wedding ceremonies between 10am - 2pm at various locations around the estate. The cost of a daytime wedding ceremony is $3500 + tax . All of the locations may accommodate up to 100 guests, except the Rose Garden which can accommodate up to 50 guests. You may select from the locations below.

Museum of Art Courtyard

Bathed in brilliant sunshine as bright as the bride and groom’s future, this location is a warm and welcoming venue for your ceremony.

Museum of Art Loggia

With the Courtyard as a backdrop, the shade of the arched and pillared Loggia makes a perfect location for daytime nuptials.

Ca’ d’Zan Terrace

John Ringling held countless parties here and the echoes of those enchanted times add to the special feeling this stunning location provides as a place to take your vows.

Bolger Campiello

What better place for a bride to walk down the aisle than a magical promenade whose backdrop offers glittering sunlight dancing off Sarasota Bay.

Mable’s Rose Garden

With roses in bloom, their sweet fragrances filling the air, make this stunningly designed wagon wheel garden a magical location for an intimate daytime ceremony. Limited to 50 guests for a standing ceremony only. 

Beneath the Banyans

The peaceful shade of banyan trees, their branches and roots as interwoven as a bride and groom will grow to be, provide a perfect setting for daytime nuptials.
